IT Sphere Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2018/371543/07 ("IT Sphere Tech", "we", "us"), is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website and in delivering our services. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Details you give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, number of users and the message you send through our contact forms.

Information needed to deliver managed IT and cybersecurity services, such as user accounts, device details, system logs and security event data.

Basic technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type and pages viewed.

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and risk checks, deliver and support our services, monitor and protect client systems, send invoices, meet our legal obligations and, where you agree, share relevant updates.

We never sell personal information. We only share it with trusted operators and technology partners who help us deliver our services, such as email delivery, security and cloud providers, under written agreements that require them to protect it as POPIA requires, or where the law requires us to.

Client data is stored in South African data centres wherever possible. Where information is processed outside South Africa, we make sure the recipient offers a level of protection equal to POPIA.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption and monitoring, to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. After that it is securely archived for the legally required period and then permanently destroyed.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct, update or delete it. You may object to processing and withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Requests for access follow the procedure in our PAIA and POPIA manual. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
